What was built
Built a complete AI-powered warehouse management system from scratch — covering receiving, putaway, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Integrated a dispatch and load tracking tool that follows loads from the trucking side all the way through to warehouse shipping. Added an AI assistant for operations support, plus lead generation and lead scouting agents that proactively find new business opportunities.
